Leadership Training(6 Training Organized during the Period)
he training has been organized tapping infrastructure resources from Government administration i.e. venue etc. 262 women SHG members from the project area have been
participated in this leadership training. Roles & responsibilities of the President, Secretary & Treasurer was the prime theme of the leadership training. Importance of maintenance of various records at the SHG level was the other point of discussion in the training. The conditions of a model SHG, group solidarity etc. also has been discussed in the training program. It was a participatory training so the participants enjoyed and learn from the training. Additionally discussion of SHG member with Block officers and Bank officials has also been done of various issues.
