Goal of this Girls First Fund Program is to enhance the ability of adolescents, both girls and boys, to make decisions about matters, be it psychological, familial, social, or economical, that affect their lives.

Pillar 1: Adolescents as change agents for themselves and their communities:
This pillar ensures that adolescents know about their rights and entitlements and raise issues that affect their lives. Pillar 2: Families, communities and decision makers protect adolescents from rights abuses:
This pillar will give stakeholders knowledge about adolescent protection issues and ensure they take action to protect adolescents from rights abuses.
Pillar 3: Public authorities and services uphold adolescents’ rights to protection, health and education:
Service providers are trained and able to provide the appropriate services for adolescents.
